3. Execution of order

After receiving the order, we will send you a confirmation with our banking information via email. All orders will be worked on after the arrival of the fee.

 

 

4. Shipping/ Delivery

Orders will be send via email ( file format: :_ .doc _.pdf ). Delivery via standard mail will be arriving with a delay of two days.

 

 

5. Liabilty claim

A liabilty claim against the authors, which refer to material or ideological damages, are principally impossible. There is no right for cancellation, subject to § 312 d Abs. 4 Ziffer 1 BGB, but it is possible to withdraw from the order, if there is a delay of the order. To claim damages, because of a delay or an impossibility/ non-fulfillment are not possible. If the orderer is not paying, for example if he denies to accept the order, akMedia can claim extra costs, such as, dunning costs or default charges.
